Typography & Type Design
In courses on typography and type design, I created many projects. You can see a few of them here and the rest in the graphic design section.
Fonetikamila
I have studied how the mouth changes depending on the pronunciation of individual sounds of the Czech alphabet. My friend Kamila helped me and let me capture her while saying all the sounds. Then I created vector images for every letter for the font Fonetikamila (fonetika = phonetics, Kamila = name of my friend).
Beast Challenge Font
This font was inspired by the Murder font which was not readable enough. I recreated it and made a few new symbols and whole new numbers. I wrote all the new symbols by hand and converted them to vectors. It was created for the horror card game Beast Challenge and you can read more about this game in the game design section.
Monogram
I tried to create an elegant monogram from the letters W and T (Wendy Teuchnerová). Monogram has a pyramid shape with T at the bottom and W at the top situated in black and brown colors. It looks a little like a walrus head. You can see this monogram on the bag, cup, stamp, and watch.
PF 2020
A new year needs to be welcomed! Even a bad year like 2020, because no one could know which year it will be. I created two PF. One of them looks like a gentleman and the second one is created as a 2020 pattern.
Poster Series Taste the Waste
The poster series Taste the Waste should point out the problems of nature caused by humans. I focused on the issue of ocean pollution and deforestation, which I illustrated by using letters in animal shapes. A video was also part of the project.
